It all started 40 years ago with the basic hoagie roll. Back then it was all we made. Still today it’s our flagship product, however, now we make hoagies from several recipes and baking techniques, ranging from soft and fluffy to authentically crusty, and everywhere in between.

We give San Francisco a run for their money. Our sourdough is made from our living sour sponge that we've been feeding for over 20 years. The result: a complex, perfectly porous, crusty bread.
Our quickest rising (pun intended) product in terms of popularity. We use real butter and whole eggs for our rich and buttery brioches.
It helps that we're an Italian family because that's what it takes to make perfectly rustic ciabatta bread: a hard crust and soft inside with perfectly sized pores.
Not only do we make authentic french baguettes, we also offer sour, whole grain, squaw, and other varieties. Popular lengths are 18" and 24", but we also have 7" mini baguettes.
Another product with a wide selection, our dinner rolls include squaw, multigrain, sour, ciabatta, olive ciabatta, cheddar, brioche, and several more.
We offer par-baked or fully cooked bread sticks. They're just waiting for you to dress them with your own favorite buttery garlic topping or homemade marinara for dipping.
Ranging from 2 feet to 6 feet, our footers are perfect for your party-going customers. We typically make these breads in white or wheat, but if your prefererence is for something else, we‘ll work with you. Cold cuts not included. ;)
Agostino's Bakery even supplies pizzerias with fresh homemade pizza dough. We sell traditional pizza dough as well as wheat pizza dough, each in varying weights.
